First didnt deliver because the “truck didnt fit down my street” then rebooked over the phone with them only to hear nothing. Then when i called back on the delivery day that they changed to, they said they hadnt logged it correctly so i had to reschedule again. Then when they finally came a week and a half later, they dumped all the parts and ran even after i asked them to be placed in an alternate room. Go to put the furniture together and they haven’t delivered TWO parts. Now have had to go back to the original company and i still dont have my parts 1 month later.If the company you’ve ordered through use these mugs, ask to change who theyre ordering through or choose a different company for your funiture all together. This company is awful

Never received half hour prior call, items left unattended when someone was home (authority to leave is only if nobody is home), when they returned after a complaint to the phone line they complained we made their day harder and they had a sore back as if that’s meant to be the customers fault? The items were then incorrectly left in the room which would be a significant issue for someone unable to move large heavy itemsThey refuse to reply or engage to a subsequent complaint and survey but told Freedom there was no issue despite the phone call saying it was not done properly.Freedom don’t acknowledge it and blame them (seperate customer service issue review on Freedom) yet customers have no choice and have to use them.Will actively avoid both now

We were meant to have a delivery on 5/4/22. We received a phone call 4/4/22 at 5:10pm to advise a glitch in the system with Freedom Furniture meant our order wasn’t arriving.Someone called me on 5/4/22 to rebook the delivery for Friday 8/4/22 due to the glitch.I took both days off work for the delivery to arrive and neither time did it show.On 8/4/22, it got to 10pm and no one had called to advise my order would be delivered. I called unitrans who advised no one had logged the phone call on 5/4/22 and that my order could now not be delivered until after Easter.We now don’t have furniture for Easter with family staying over. I would not use this company for delivery

Extremely poor delivery service. I wasted my whole day on a pre scheduled delivery but they didn’t arrive. I couldn’t even rebook another delivery with them over the phone. I had to wait for system generated sms for two weeks.Delivery driver never comes within scheduled time range. Whole day gets wasted. Only way to receive pre scheduled delivery is if you are staying whole day at home (if they arrive).

Had a delivery organised. Received a call that delivery would be in 45mins which would’ve worked out however I had to get my sons broken arm into a cast which the appt was shortly after. I was told they would call 10mins before arriving - no call so I called them. They were still an hour away and I asked if they could just leave the furniture outside my garage as I’m on a battleaxe and not street facing. They advised no because it’s a freedom furniture order. The driver advised that they could deliver tomorrow no probs (being Saturday) and that someone from Unitrans would call. No call. So I called them to then experience the most frustrating call I’ve ever had. She put me on hold to “speak to the allocator” came back and apologised for the confusion- no confusion I know what the driver advised - and that I would have to rebook delivery via a text message. To which I asked why she couldn’t do that over the phone?!? Still no text message an hour later. I have had to call freedom to see what they can do. Honestly for a company that has hold messages of “seamless delivery” “exceptional service” “we’ve been doing this since 1981” it’s a joke! Poor service. Poor booking system. Will be lodging a complaint about this company to freedom and hopefully the tender taken off them!!

They called 2 hours before the delivery to cancel it because the driver call in sick. Unable to book me to another day unless going through the SMS booking system which would be activated 2 days later. After numerous calls (good point here: they call back), manage to get another delivery day (hopefully this one will be seamless).Make me think twice about ordering with Freedom again.Note that to make a claim you need to do it via Freedom, the freight company doesn't take accountability for the service level they provide.

Great staff, friendly and helpful... as a customer of Freedom Furniture it's a little confusing though. It's a huge complex, and not immediately obvious where to go. A map on Freedom's website and maybe a banner would help enormously.

Will never deal with Freedom Furniture again while they use this inept company. Drivers are lazy, rude and have no willingness to assist an aged pensioner with emphosema to install a new mattress. Gave a bucket full of excuses as to why they couldn't touch the old one. The softcocks could have worn gloves.

It's a pity I can only give 1 star, this company is terrible. We were told our goods would be delivered on 7/5/22 then called the morning of delivery to be told the truck had broken down. They then told us they'd re-booked us for Friday 13/5/22 (today). We rang them at about 1245pm and were told our goods were going to be delivered within the next 45min ie by 130pm today. When the truck hadn't arrived by 2pm we called them and were told the delivery was booked in for tomorrow (14/5/22). There's no way I would do business with this company or any business who relied on it to do deliveries. Let's see if our delivery turns up tomorrow, not hopeful at all. Their on-hold recording also states the truck driver will assemble the goods and take the rubbish away, let's see if that happens.

Carried a queen mattress and base down narrow, hazardous two storey stairs with ease. Telephoned 30 minutes before delivery and on arrival. Great service. Thank you.
