Steve & Kay were brilliant, as were the installation team! Exceptional service from start to finish. Accommodated our relative small job (2x bedrooms) and found a date for install that worked for us both. Steve was all over the communications as the date neared. Turned up exactly when they said they would. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! So glad we chose a family owned local business. In the words of the great Molly Meldrum, do yourself a favour and check them out.

What a great experience with had with Diamond Valley Carpets, Steve was fantastic with his advise on all products. We were looking for floating floor boards and he steered us in the right direction. Leading up to laying of the floor Steve stayed in touch which us every step of the way. He is friendly and extremely flexible and accomodating. We needed to change the installation date twice but nothing was too much bother. Ryan Adams then contacted us re floor preparation and installation. Another great contact we now have! Ryan is an absolute perfectionist and has done an amazing job. We are thrilled with our new floor. Would highly recommend Diamond Valley Carpets.

This is the second time I've had my whole house carpeted by Diamond Valley Carpets. Once again I was delighted with the excellent service by Steve and his team. I was able to take multiple carpet samples home, and there was no pressure to make a quick decision. I especially appreciated being able to have the carpet laid over two days which reduced the inconvenience to me. My new carpet both looks and feels fabulous. Highly recommended.

Initially i called to have the carpet at my home stretched out as it was starting to sag. Steve arranged for Graham to attend and he did a great job in saving the carpet to last a few more years before i change it. I then also needed the carpet changed in an investment apartment.Steve also arranged this for me at a very competitive price.The installation was excellent and was also completed in a timely manner.Steve and his staff are very professional, friendly and customer focused and they focus on quality work. I will now have Diamond Valley Carpets as my preferred supplier and installer of carpets.
