I didn't buy my heater from Real Flame South but I wish I had. My supplier suggested several installers who provided outrageous quotes. Real Flame South came & measured up. Gave me a date, turned up on time, installed the greater, commissioned it, taught me how to use the remote, cleaned up the mess. Outstanding service and a very reasonable price. My heater is fabulous. If only the price of gas was not so expensive.

We are so happy with our new fireplace from The Company of Fire. From the minute we walked in to the showroom we’ve had the best service right up until installation. We have a large house & cannot believe how well the fireplace heats up the house downstairs & upstairs. We have a double brick home so our house has always been cold & our old fireplace took hours to heat up. It is so easy to turn on & adjust & looks amazing too.

Just had a fireplace installed with this company and they did an amazing job. They had to build a somewhat complex wall frame to my design to accommodate my fireplace and TV. leaving enough space for me to do shelving later. Outstanding service, highly recommend

We are extremely happy with our gas fireplace (Element 1200MK2) that was supplied and installed, at a competitive price, by the amazing team at The Company of Fire. I cannot recommend them enough.Paul sourced and coordinated all the trades and oversaw all aspects of the build (including joinery and stone work) saving us a great deal of effort and stress. Superstar tradies Glen and Phil did a fantastic job installing the fireplace and building the TV recess box. The lovely Linda was invaluable in helping us consolidate all of our vague ideas to finally settle on the design. Thank you!

The owner Paul was easy to deal with and a great bloke. We purchased a gas fireplace which was perfectly fitted into our existing original fireplace that was no longer in use. Custom faceplate was made to suite the opening ,very happy with the final product best addition to our home.
