A really nice showroom with amazing customer service. I was just making initial inquiries and didn’t really know what I was looking for but the retail manager was super patient and helpful.

I had a terrific experience buying our bathroom supplies from Arthaus. Not only do they stock an amazing offering of first class bathroom products, the team are amazing, Andrea and Rick really know how to put together a beautiful bathroom and are so helpful with guiding selections. I asked a million questions and all were answered quickly and to my satisfaction. I am so impressed with Arthaus and would recommend them to anyone completing a quality renovation.

Thankyou so much for making the time spent this saturday ( which was hours) a very pleasant experience, and the room where little kiddies can play is a GREAT idea, the bloke we delt with peter (jeans and t-shirt guy) was a legend. Give him a pay rise.They have a great selection and can tell you things you would not have thought of. doesn't matter if you want 1 tap or 3 bathroom worth of stuff like us, it was a good

Appalling experience. Delivery was arranged - it did not arrive. I called the next business day and was told it would be delivered the next day. It was not. Another call. Another day waiting. Delivery driver did not ring the door bell the following day and just entered my garage and put the brown boxes on top of numerous other appliances and tiles for our renovation inside my garage and left. No idea it was there. Too busy to micromanage delivery when told Argent could not get information from the courier they use. No after sales care after the deal is done.

After dealing with Andrea from Arthaus in Brisbane while building a house in BATHURST NSW, we could not express how delighted we have been with our entire experience. Andrea was so helpful from start to finish! We now have a beautiful house with great quality finishes to our bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. We could not recommend Arthaus and Andrea enough!
