You can always expect an honest account, as well as time spent to explain and clarify what comprehensive repairs are carried out, so that you are fully informed when making decisions. This also for us has been over a great variety and ages of vehicles, that have been brought to Graham West Workshops. After getting my Dmax tuned at another local workshops two years ago. I never was convinced it was done properly.I was recommended Graham West from a friend. And from start to finish I am very happy with the experience.Tom got a further 10kws and 90NM out of my engine.Not to mention it drives great now and uses the same fuel.Thanks guys!

The service provided is excellent, the staff are friendly and take the time to go through what was done and what requires attention. They even identified issues that the local dealership didnt. Fantastic. Called in with a Engine tune/computer chip issue. Brett was very knowledgeable and only too pleased to help. (they did not do the original instal) He fixed my initial issue and suggested other options, but wanted me to drive away and check that problem was fixed first. I was recommended by a friend - thanks Phil D, who also uses them. No pressure just good sound advice. Will certainly be going back. Thanks Greg
