I religiously come in every Wednesday because my horses are agisted nearby even though I live 45 minutes away because Melissa and her team are the best! Always so helpful and personable, I always try and buy things but honestly I keep coming back because of the relationship the staff have fostered with me. I always hear them building friendships with customers and it’s amazing! Plus the wealth of knowledge everyone has is second to none. I would say this is the best horseland team in Victoria as well as a shop that always has what I need (or more specifically want lol). I cannot recommend Lilydale horseland enough!

Super helpful staff went above and beyond to help me with my akubra hat. My hat had shrunk and I went to purchase a new one, instead they offered to put my hat in the stretcher for a few days and had it fitting perfectly! Thanks for the amazing service!

Melissa the manager was so friendly and helpful during my first visit to the store after quite a long time! Fantastic service! The new shop fit out looks amazing too, and is so easy to navigate ☺️
