Think twice shopping here as they break Australian Consumer Laws by not giving refunds. The store manager Sam forces his customers to only swap items (no refund, no credit note, etc).The shop is owned by Trinity Sports and the manager says you can’t write to Adidas about their actions, as they are nothing to do with Adidas.

Called and visited the store today and Sam was more than helpful.Such a pleasure to have great customer service. Thanks Sam youradvice on the proper shoe size and fit was much appreciated.

Sam at Adidas Carousel was so helpful! Even when the store was extra busy he did his best to make sure we were taken care of and fixed us up with a great pair of shoes. Super friendly and attentive service- better than all the other shops selling the same shoes in Carousel!

The experience was pretty poor as the staff didn't get what customers want. The staff kept confusing the customers. Need more training on the products.
