Recommended to me by my partners mother, I couldn't be happier! What a gem of a hair salon! I had Lisa cut my hair from long to a cute bob and was able to donate my hair. Best haircut I've ever had! She listened to what I wanted and we talked about what I would usually do with my hair. I had so many questions and she answered them all with patience and kindness and was in general just lovely to talk to. I learned so much about their sustainable hair salon practices such as how they use hair cuttings to help soak up oil spills, absolutely fascinating! I have found my new forever hair salon home. Narelle is a true professional and her team are outstanding and highly recommended. I look ten years younger because of the great job they do!

I booked an appointment here for March back in February, six weeks in advance because they had no availabilities. This in and of itself is not an issue, as I was hoping to get my hair bleached and I knew this would take a fair few hours, meaning they would need to find an opening long enough for this procedure.What was an issue, however, was when they called to confirm my appointment the day before, and then I receive a message not even two hours before the appointment telling me that my booking had to be cancelled because my stylist was sick. I know you can't help being sick, but I was offered a rescheduled appointment SEVEN weeks in advance in May to make up for it. I was not willing to wait another two months to fix my hair. The woman we talked to on the phone when we questioned the seven week wait became rather aggressive and nasty, before snapping at us and hanging up.I got my hair done elsewhere, and when this salon called us to confirm whether we wanted to attend the appointment in May, which I now no longer needed, we were told oh
