Great service! Dropped my car off for some minor repairs on Tuesday morning, they were very friendly and advised they could fix it by Friday which was much sooner than I had expected. Car was actually finished Thursday lunchtime, amazing! Great quality repair work, looks brand new. Thank you for the super quick turnaround, hard to find quick and reliable panel beating these days. Highly recommended.

I have left my car to repair some wheels on the 11April and I was told my car woul dbe ready in a week. 18 days later i finally get a call that they just strated to work on the my car and that it is still taking an extra week for me to get the car ready. 1 months for a small repair. I have called many times and they kept pushing the date for when my car would be ready. They had no accountability on the issue and said there is nothing hey could do. Really disapointed with the service and lack of support.

Brilliant service! I got into a car accident where I got dented on both sides of my car. Dropped it in and they said it would take 15 business days. Took only 9 business days. The car looks brand new!

I am so happy with the service provided by Wyvern smash repairs. My car was booked in on Tuesday morning to be assessed and repaired. Upon dropping the car off they served me and took it on straight away and gave me an ETA of 9 business days. On the 8th business day they called in the morning to advise my car was ready. The repairs they did were fantastic, as if my car was never damaged. I was so impressed with how quick they fixed it and how perfect the repair was. They were friendly and professional and even cleaned my car inside and out. It really made my day! Thanks so much team! A very happy customer :)

I brought my 12 year old Audi A4 in for some paintwork to be repaired, I collected it a couple of days later it looked just like new inside and out. Good pricing and excellent service and excellent workmanship. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to a friend

This is DODGY SMASH REPAIR COMPANY. Avoid at any cost to go to this smash repair, even when it's covered by your insurance. They had my car for 2 months for bumper repair where originally told only need to stay 3-4 weeks, they never contacted me and i constantly contacting them 4-5 times only to be told they need to keep for another week, and another week, and another week!!! Spoke with different reception girls and they did not seem to care in the world of your situation.After i got my car back, my odometer gone up by 3000km (i only realised this after few days!) and made a squeky sound (i told them right away when i picked up the car, as i'm worried driving it home). This dodgy business said it is just an aircon belt not to worry should be okay to drive for 4-6 months and would cost me around $200 to change. I drove back home and the sounds get louder, i stop driving and called roadside assistance, my car get towed and mechanic said the internal machine can't be repaired and not worth to fix. My car at the end only valued $500 by Mazda. Its a 2010 Mazda CX7 valued for $500 at the end!!!!!! If i did not bring my car to this place, this issue wont happened.I genuinely warn everyone DO NOT GO THIS PLACE!Honestly I dont know how they get 4 star, i wish i can give ZERO STAR. I have reported them to my insurance company about this dodgy practice.

Recently had my BMW in for multiple cosmetic and hail damage repairs over the Christmas/NY break. Staff were very helpful and accommodating to my schedule and the workmanship was noted as excellent by my professional car detailer who is preparing the car for sale. Honestly, what can I say? After reading many many reviews I started to worry thinking if any of these negative feedback would happen to me but I thought we all deserve a chance, and besides it was out of my hands so I left my car to be repaired and first thing, it was delayed and finally got a call saying it was ready and upon arrival I noticed straight away one thing wasn't fixed and they wanted me to bring it back like as if it was nothing driving 2hrs to get there and not to mention way back by public transport and I really didn't want to leave my car again for few days but when I got back home and upon closer inspection I noticed there were scratches where there wasn't any before and stains all over the car and the biggest one was destroying certain parts of the car then trying to say it wasn't them but luckily the insurance rectification member got involved and ensure my complaints were heard and fixed. To cut the long story short, my car sustained damages in places I never had before then made to go back for few days to straighten out their errors but one positive that came out of this was my car was fixed properly but I think this incident cost this repairer more in the end because they had to not only repair them again but also for the hire car for 5days. They wasted so much of their time and money due to not taking their responsibility seriously enough.That's my opinion!They have a great opportunity here where they're getting lots of work from one of the major insurers, and I think it's in their best interest to do their work properly and in a responsible way.

These people are genuinely fabulous. I have had my car there for repairs twice in the past year and I give them 5 stars. Great workmanship and outstanding customer service. I rarely ever write a google review but this business deserve praise. I highly recommend them.
