The lady with the red short hair working in the fitting rooms was so rude. I tried giving her my clothes and she didn’t want to take them at first and told me no I can put them back where I got them from. I stood there in confusion and she said oh guess I’ll have to do it since it’s too hard for you and grabbed it and walked away. Seriously needs to get fired with an attitude like that and no work ethic to do her job. She basically working there and making customers do her work.

Bought my kid’s bike in to get assembled and it took them over two weeks to complete it. Came in twice to pick it up due to a staff saying they were ready only to be disappointed and telling my husband when he showed that they weren’t ready. Absolutely frustrating and the worst customer service. Took two weeks to fix the brakes. If I could rate it with NO STARS I would have. Don’t deserve any stars.

Visited Big W Campbelltown on Saturday 4th November 2017. Was shocked to see a pile of dust and rubbish which had been swept up and left in the middle of a aisle. Came past several times later over a 20 minute period only to find the pile growing in size. I know the shop needs to be clean but to be left in the middle of the main aisle which is a safety trip hazard especially during opening hours. Observed fellow customers stepping over it. It didn’t look good especially when a customer was trying to look at the clothes on the shelf. Besides that was pleased with their late trading hours and helpful, courteous staff member on the self service registers when my item wouldn’t scan and another item was too light to register being in the bag.

It's what you would expect from a department store.Places like BigW and other departments stores, never enough staff to get things done or for help when there is a few people there.Like alot of department stores they are under staff.

Today was my last visit and worst visit as follows printer advertised for 99.00 so I asked to do a Layby only to be told that now a Layby now costs at extra 15.00 on top of the 99.00 no way was I paying that and 5 self serve check outs were shut

I liked Big W staff I liked the way I was treated by staff I have a lot of respect for Big W staff your number 1 in my book if it wasn't for Big W staff gave me the best services I've got in over the years cause I love Big W store I don't want you to close forever if you do I miss you.
