The guys at Morayfield are always great, I called in yesterday to get tyres pumped up on a bike I'm looking to sell. They gave it a once over to check it was all working ok, adjusted a few things and also gave me an estimate of price to ask for when I put it up for sale. And they didn't charge for the time they spent doing this for me. Awesome shop, their customer service is fantastic.

Took my (13 year old) bike in for a service. The young bike mechanic Trae was fabulous to deal with! Originally booked bike in for top tier service, Trae said that it was a waste of money as the bike didn’t need that level of service as it was in good condition!So he recommended a lower service ! I found that to be exceptional service from the start!The bike was ready well with in agreed time and it looked almost brand new again after service!5stars is not enough, would highly recommend these guys for any bike service or sake. Well done to the whole team at 99 Bikes Morayfield, will definitely be back

I can’t recommend 99 bikes Morayfield highly enough. If you need a bike or a service or anything affiliated with bikes these guys are the people to see. Harald prepped my new Norco fs2 yesterday the bloke went above and beyond and got me set up in no time. Tremaine, Trea & Max are a fantastic bunch of lads they have great knowledge and made the new bike experience a great one to say the least. I Can’t rate the staff and quality of products bought from these guys highly enough. I send anyone with a bike to these guys or anyone that wants to buy a bike to them. I won’t and neither will anyone I know that has had dealings with this crew shop anywhere else as long as these legends are there.Many thanksNathan

The team at Morayfield are really awesome. The service they gave me went beyond my expectations. I brought a tube for my mtb and they took the old tube out and put the new one in, pumped it up and only charged me the price of the tube which was $9. No additional charges. The team were super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who needs anything bicycle related.Thank you so much for your help.I'll be a loyal customer of 99 Bikes in Morayfield for life. Bikes are my life.

The whole team at the Morayfield store are so helpful, friendly and professional! This goes for the sales and service teams.We’ve bought two bikes there now and am very happy with our our purchases.We live closer to the North Lakes store, but due to previous poor service, will drive the extra 20mins to have these guys look after us.Highly recommend!
