The level of service we receive from these guys is phenomenal, never have I dealt with a business that goes so above and beyond.Time and time again, when other suppliers tell us they can't help, Seema, Chris, and the team manage to come through and do what the others couldn't.It is obvious in their willingness to help, and their attitude that they value the customer over the sale.They are now the first contact for all orders and quotes.If you aren't already dealing with them, I would strongly suggest reaching out and having a chat with them.

The service and the staff especially julian was a gun. Computer died on me and running a business the stress levels kick in they managed to find the issue and fix the problem in an hour pricing and service couldn't be any better I'll be recommending anyone for repairs or new builds to head to auscomp

Note : This review is for their New Delhi, India based back office (Dua & Bansal solutions Pvt Ltd)Untidy workplace...bitter office politics, utter lack of ownership...Unprofessional management . Employer couple (settled in australia) is not known to keep their word. What they are known for is their short tempered behaviour and their utter disregard for Indian employees.Even after this if you have to join them ...don't forget to keep an alternate job in mind.
