Extremely disappointed in the customer service given; I am not one to complain but I noticed a latern that was damaged and asked if they could do it cheaper. She proceeded to tell me she could do $5 BUT as long as I bought BOTH lanterns. Not only was this a bit of a throwback with that totalling to $75, when she scanned the barcode on the one I wanted the price came up as $19, as I begun to pay she stopped and looked at the “printed out” price tag and said oh no $34, I knew she was being sneaky. She could also feel the same tension (mind you I am very kind I will not be rude) she scanned the barcode again and it showed $19 again. This is not my mistake and I should not be made to pay extended price when the computer system says different. Especially when this is done by them, or it is an issue on there end. I left with the latern and she said “no refunds or returns” I will never shop there again.

Lot of variety at affordable prices. Had been wanting to visit this store since a long time. Will definitely go back

This place is shocking and so over priced! I bought 2 boxes exactly the same, one was more expensive then the other. The lady at the counter (who was complaining about the customer before me) advised I need to pay what is on the boxes as one could be old stock and one could be new. Make sure you check the prices. Half the stuff is not priced, so they can rip people off.

So overpriced and poor customer service! Please check the price before you buy items, otherwise you get ripped off by whoever is at the counter bcs they randomly decide on prices.

Rang and asked if they sell mont marte paints..she said...I'm busy,! and hung up on me! Still in shock..would have spent at least$200..

Meh store but they sell clearly fake pokemon cards, DO NOT BUY POKEMON CARDS FROM THERE. Buy them from bigw, kmart or jbhifi.
