After having our Insurance claim denied we sought our independent quotes, Xtreme Seal arranged an inspection which detailed that the insurance companies advice to only re-grout the tiles would have been a more costly method in the long run. The damage was in the walls and mould was forming. The quality of the work was fantastic we are very pleased with the quality of craftsmanship. To top of the quality work the evidence provided by Xtreme Seal highlighting where the actual cause was coming from our dispute of the insurance companies decision was overturned and received the maximum payout. Stay away from Xtreme SealThis happened 7 years ago and my wife has since been laughing at me about it every time I complain about her buying expensive, unnecessary things. Finally I have decided to write a review on the few times I was ripped off.In 2016 we had a leakage out of the garage ceiling (directly underneath the bathroom upstairs) and I asked Extream Seal to inspect. They did and assured me that the tiles were too old to proof water and that caused the leakage. Spent over $3k to replace the tiles and after they collected the money they disappeared and never even gave me a receipt/invoice (half of the money was given to them in cash).The problem did not go away though and we got a plumber to inspect and it turned out to be the water pipe next to the bathroom. Fixed it and everything went back to normal. The money we paid to Xtream Seal was worthless.

Xtreme Seal performed a magnificent job on our 2 showers. The technician, Kevin was very professional and fussy. He also passed on valuable advice and cleaned up all the mess from the work. Ivan, the consultant was also very professional and knowledgeable, which gave my wife and myself great confidence that the work would be completed to our satisfaction. I cannot recommend Xtreme Seal highly enough. My shower was leaking and required repairing. After some google searches, I came across Xtreme Seal and contacted them for advice. I had dealt with tradesman who had done poor workmanship in the past and was apprehensive about engaging new tradesman. However, Ivan immediately put me to ease; he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and generous with his time in speaking to me and explaining how a shower leak should be approached and what the process would involve. Other companies had tried to (mis)advise me that a simple re-grout and caulking would fix my shower leak but I listened to Ivan's advice about why this was not viable and he was correct. When Xtreme Seal came to address the shower leak, it was necessary for them to pull up the tiles in my shower because of the extremely high moisture content, but because there was so much water trapped beneath them, it had dissolved the glue and the tiles could literally be lifted from the floor. The grouting which had previously been used in my bathroom was porous and had also allowed water to seep under the tiles. Xtreme Seal is a family business - Ivan, Marco and Kevin did a wonderful job on my bathroom - from removing my floor tiles, to re-water proofing the shower, to retiling and re-grouting using epoxy resin. Ivan also assisted me to make an insurance claim for these repairs; initially my claim was not accepted but after I made a complaint and the insurance company spoke to Ivan, my claim was accepted. Ivan was also able to help me source new tiles for my bathroom and at cost price. Ivan, Marco and Kevin have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I couldn't be happier with my bathroom. Xtreme Seal are registered builders who offer a 25 year warranty of their products. I absolutely recommend this company for honest advice, knowledge of the industry and outstanding workmanship. Excellent work by Ivan and the team! Xtreme Seal was recommended to me by a reputable builder, I followed through and contacted Ivan directly. My client had a balcony leak and I've been trying to solve it for over 8 months. Ivan arrived on time for the quote, measured and quoted accordingly and delivered what he promised within the same week. One phone call to Ivan saved me $3000 and the product installed was premium. You can't go wrong with Xtreme Seal, I highly recommend them. The technians also arrived on time, were polite, tidy and very knowledgeable. Keep up the great work!

Ivan and his team were very professional throughout. We needed to repair quite extensive water leaking from our balcony which involved removal and replacement of all screed, waterproofing and tiles. Once the quote was agreed there were no additional costs as Ivan advised us of all of the various steps required beforehand and quoted accordingly. We were also able to secure an interest free payment plan for 50% of the contract which was very helpful as the job was quite a costly one. Work was completed in 2 months from start to finish.

After discovered a leak and damage behind our shower we got in touch with Xtreme Seal. They were able to get to the bottom of the problem and needed to replace the entire shower. They did a great job of this and were extremely helpful in providing documentation of the whole process and original issues we were then able to provide to our insurance company. Very Happy!I am very skeptical when it comes to home improvement companies, however Xtreme Seal has definitely changed my mind. They were punctual, clean, VERY clean, delivered as promised and were incredibly professional. I have read their negative reviews when I was making my mind up and I have to say, in my humble opinion, thoses negative reviews are most likely fake. I highly recommend Xtreme Seal to anyone that is considering using their services.
