Simply the dodgiest and generally unhelpful real estate agency I have ever dealt with.

Rented with these imbeciles a few years back and must say it was the most unprofessional and frustrating experience that I've ever had with any real estate agent by a long shot. The agent that we primarily dealt with was a man named Thomas who looked like he had a severe hangover everyday and generally did not give a damn about his job or the people who were paying him good money for properties. We didnt have any hot water in the house for the first month and when asked to be compensated at the end of our lease we were laughed at. Tradesmen would turn up unannounced at all hours of the day saying that 'the agent said it was ok to come past' to work on the house without any warning whatsoever. At the end of our tenancy while discussing bond with Thomas, he had tried to pin things on us that had been issues long before we moved in and also tried to overcharge us for labour costs. When we brought up the issue of having no hot water for a month, he laughed at us wanting to be compensated and ask us why we didn't say anything at the time. This was the final straw for us and reminded him that we were in his office everyday until the.problem was resolved. We then demanded our bond back in full and threatened a visit to vcat if our demands weren't met. Thomas buckled under the vcat threat (I'm assuming that he's had a few trips there) and agreed to our demands. Don't use these amateurs

I found PNJ Partners to be very helpful during my one year renting with them. They were very helpful when we required a change in tenants and always dealt with any maintance requests prompty. Very professional and helpful. I would rent from them again only reason I left renting with them was because I moved to the other side of the city.

In 5 words: Non compliant, unprofessional, disrespectful, liars, incompetent. These jokers need to be audited. Unless you are out of options on finding a rental, please do yourself a huge favour and skip on this group.

I rented a property through PNJ Partners for 3 years and found them to be supportive and quick to act on any maintenance or other issues that arose during my tenancy. The property manager Thomas Pateras in particular was a very good communicator and responded affectively whenever any issues arose. Thomas was also helpful when I had to move from the property due to landlord wishing to re-occupy the property. Thomas went to great lengths to find me alternative accommodation. I would recommend PNJ Partners as reliable, supportive and approachable agents.

PNJ Partners are unquestionably the WORST REAL ESTATE AGENTS IN MELBOURNE. They have been wholly unprofessional in their dealings with my housemates and I. They are LAZY slobs with a genuine disinterest in customer service. I am taking them to VCAT after their disgraceful and heinously botched efforts to fill in my Rental Bond reclamation forms, sending them back to me unsigned and deducting nearly $200 from my total bond without discussion or written confirmation. Thomas is the most INCOMPETENT RUDE BASTARD I have ever encountered. It is now six weeks since I vacated the rental property that PNJ Partners managed and I still have not been paid my bond. DO NOT USE PNJ PARTNERS - they are scumbags.

PNJ were incredibly helpful when I moved interstate to Melbourne. I had a very limited window to find a house to rent and they got me into a property with ease and on time. I found them professional. They were flexible when it came to organizing inspection times and always gave me plenty of notice. I would be renting with them again if I wasn't moving to the other side of town.

PNJ sold our 2 houses in Reservoir for record prices for the area. They achieved the record prices with no fuss and minimum inspections. PNJ sold our properties after two other agents failed. We can highly recommend PNJ and will definitely use them again.
