Adam has been my residential plumber for the last approx 6 years.I find him very reliable and an excellent plumber.I have used plumbers in the past who haven't been reliable and Adam exceeds service and reliability in every way.Always on time but if he's held up he lets me know.

Hello everyone,We hired this company to install a B26 Booster to solar hot water unit for my property on 16th Feb 2023 and have still not received the Certificate of Compliance as per the signed contract.I was advised by the plumber on 16.02.2023 that once the full payment was made to him he will email me the Certificate of Compliance within a week (by 23.02.2023) and now it has been 3 weeks and I am yet to receive the document. The payment was made to him once he installed the B26 Booster on same day at the property and a confirmation payment receipt was texted to him accordingly. I have called him several times, texted him and all I got was excuses.Definitely do no recommend this business.

In my 9-storey block of studio apartments (CBD/1960s) Adam ended a rolling nightmare by re-powering our end-of-life rooftop gas hydronic system, which had to drive hot water down to 100 rooms. Same again with our ganged gas central hot water units. We saved on gas consumption. Meanwhile we had grey and blackwater leaks from old iron piping, between the tiny strata titles. Talk about tenant arguments! With that building under control, I then took him across to 6 offices in a 1930s, 8-storey, tower near Chinatown. It's a heritage building, including 20 tiny strata titles, on higher floors. I bought strings of little (7-to-15 sqm) dark, disused offices. Then with Flow-On Plumbing changed their market, using hot/cold feeds, and wastes, to water-dependent beauty businesses that can't afford street level leases. Adam enjoys a challenge, and enjoys his day. Two more rooms to do. Highly recommended for commercial.

Recently used Flow-On Plumbing and highly recommend them. I received prompt and professional service. Adam arrived on time and quickly identified the problem and offered a reasonable solution. Within a few hours a new hot service had been installed by the wonderful Mark who arrived at the promised time installed the new system and took away the old one and any mess. Professional and reliable service!!!!

Adam installed our new gas oven/ stove. He was on time, professional, and really easy to work with. I appreciated that he let me know what needed to be done as he was working, so I wasn’t in for any surprises at the end. Very reasonably priced for the amount of work he did. He also recommended an electrician for some other work that needing doing, who was also great. I trust Adam and would definitely use his him again :)

My husband and I have used Adam for all our plumbing needs for about six years and would recommend him highly. He is always prompt to reply to any questions , gives informed information about our options and then does a great and timely job. So far the more major jobs have been replacing guttering and down pipes , new gas hot water service and replacing the heater for our gas ducted heating . He always cleans up after and removes the old systems.He is a very nice person , very obliging and we will continue to use him in the future.
