Speeds drop at peak hours (this never happened with the previous provider), customer service is excruciatingly slow and not transparent, online services are limited and there is no feedback process. If you call be prepared to spend hours.After spending months trying to port my VoIP number and too many hours wasted contacting Superloop I have moved to the #1 nbn provider in AU - excellent customer service and prompt outcomes.Spend your money where it will be appreciated and where customers are treated with a minimum level of respect.
