We waited at the counter being ignored by the salesman, who ignorered us from over the counter for minutes, then without a word simply walked away from us. When he returned he continued to ignore us until another customer pointed out that we might need serving. This is unusual for Delatite so if you pay them a visit, just hope that you don't get the rude, brainless bloke with the glasses...
