Shereen and Dieter are the loveliest, down to Earth people. Their customer service was fantastic, even with an out-of-towner who needed help with a very small printing job. I am so very grateful for their help and lovely conversation. Definitely recommend that you have a chat with them if you have any computer/printing related needs.

Had my computer in for a month and whilst it is not repairable I have waited for a letter for insurance purposes. After a month when you call they actually don’t care about your computer because they are busy fixing someone’s else’s computer.

I have used Cut Computers for a long time now, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Shereen is one of the most beautiful people you would ever want to meet. With her knowledge and her ability to listen and understand what you need, even when you don't is amazing. Their pricing is compatible with other stores, but the customer service you recieve out shines other stores.
