What can you say about a storage unit complex? It does what it says but not somewhere I'd list as an attraction for visitors to Subi!

Nice staff. Rented for one month. $185 + $10 insurance inc GST. Be careful to cancel in time, else you automatically get charged for another month. Poor rating is being charged $15.97 for 'one day' as I was called at 4:30 on last day (giving me 25 mins to get there) and told they'd need to see the unit empty, which I didn't have time to do. Just been there before 11am, and they didn't come with me to see the unit empty, but charged me for the day anyway. So I could have taken the padlock off after 5pm. Not impressed.

re; National storage 'hubbed' dept-office, be careful of the rather deceitful white female receptionist who oversees mail receivances via computer, because i went in there today [midday] to collect a small package i was expecting and she was adamant it had not arrived!!!Luckily there was a dude seated near the mail shop who ignoring her went to the mail room, retrieving my parcel!!!i think she may be stealing people's mail/packages for her own ends or even diverting it depending on whom you are?If it wasn't for the guy she absolutely wouldn't have let me take my package which was only the size of a purse, maybe she thought it was jewelry or something?So be careful if the only person in the office is that woman 38-50yrs of age, she's a bit evil? Do not listen to her if she claims your parcel has not arrived. go see someone else and report her if it happens. What she was trying to do was seriously illegal.

Two years with all my stuff! Well looked after the price is a bit steep and was changed a bit but other than that very safe and secure site for your furniture and goods

Great location. Clean environment. Rents gone up 43% in just over a year. I guess it compares to inflation being 5% ;)

Got lost finding this place, not clear from Google maps, and arrived right on 5pm - and the men refused to serve me, saying they were closed. They were right there. it would have taken 2 mins of their time to help me, but they showed no kindness or understanding. This caused me enormous stress, as I'd come a long way to this depot and need the parcel.

Unconscionable price gouging. Since signing up 18 months ago rates, my rates have gone up by 25%. According to 'market rates' apparently but I don't think inflation is that high..

In 2008 I knocked a homeless man out here and ate the remains! slept in storage unit 43 which was spacious and comfy. rent was cheap, and the homeless man was tasty. good experience overall.

I don't recommend this company. Old poor quality units. I hurt my back lifting the roller door. After having a conversation to stop the rental they conveniently chose to forget, didn't advise me what I had to do to close the rental and then tried to charge me. Is that dishonest? What do you think?
