Have been going to Daniel for many years. Even after moving to Queensland, I still return to Optix 2000 at St Clair for my prescription glasses. Recently after having cataract surgery in Qld, I had to return to Sydney and an issue arose with my eye in relation to the surgery. I saw Daniel, to see if he could assist, rather than return to Qld. He went above and beyond in helping me address the issue and kept in contact with me until I returned home some weeks later. I am extremely grateful with Daniel and his team for their professionalism and concern for my welfare. I highly recommend him.

Staff are polite. Although there was a delay on frames/lenses this was addressed promptly. My wife has since obtained her lenses and had a pleasant experience.

Have been going here for 15 years. Now live in Queensland but still go here to get my prescription glasses when in Sydney. Daniel and his staff are friendly and courteous. Never had any issues.

Accidently broke off one of my nose pads on my glasses, and needed repair/replacement. Phoned and spoke with Joanne, absolutely lovely to deal with and she told me to come in and they would fix while I waited. Fixed within minutes, and reassured any problems to pop back in.Will definitely consider using them in the future for any optometrist needs I have!(Pays to phone around, another I called wasn't courteous or welcoming on the phone and didn't care whether or not they had your business, this business definitely does!!!)

Ordered my glasses was told two to three weeks and it took four, receptionists obviously don’t communicate as they had different excuses, the owner Daniel is a nice guy and goes out of his way, I finally got my glasses and for the complete botch job on my order and explaining that they have problems with couriers all the time it seems….. I won’t be back !

Great optometrist and staff, always friendly and very thorough. Ordered glasses on Sunday, ready for collection on Tuesday, I understand this might not always be the case but for me I cannot fault this business, staff or price (I'm as cheap as they come)

Posting this for my Mum, Zelma, who attended today. She has been going elsewhere for years, but they are closed and have been for some weeks, so she nervously made an appointment elsewhere. She’s elderly and likes to deal with people she knows, but needed an eye-check for her drivers license. She came out very happy: said the team were lovely to deal with and very thorough. They did several tests she’d not had before. Thank you team:-))
