Absolute a**hole of a work on night times the app gave me the wrong reward and not for the first time as well so the reward I selected wasn't then one given to me upon check out I found out I said sorry told the server I selected the reward but it's given me the wrong one I'll go get the item that was rewarded then when I finally grab the correct reward the server has the absolute gaul to have a go at me saying I'm wasting their products even after I explained to them the app screwed up not me still continued to say it was my fault the waste happened even though I selected a different reward product and this has happened before and this was all explained to himAbsolutely poor effort would rate lower if could

A very messy, dirty, 7-Eleven. Staff were abrupt and had a don't care attitude.

Once had an experience with a strange guy pestering me for money constantly at the register but the lady working on the till was amazing and told him to get away from me when i was kinda scared and didnt know what to say (i normally dont respond well to these things) and she was an absolute girlboss and told him off. he eventually left. hes possibly a regular...?Otherwise, pretty standard for a seven eleven, they even have 3 coffee machines which is pretty good when its peak hour around 8:45am and theres lines. Coffee is always fresh cuz people are constantly buying it from here, so the beans are always good, especially considering its $1 a coffee. cant complain.

The cashier didn't understand English and when I was trying to make her explain, she told me to hurry because there were more customers waiting in line. I work in retail too and making a transaction fast is the cashier's responsibility, not the customer's. She charged me extra for something I didn't want to buy and when I told her to cancel that item, she refused. Maybe employ someone who can hold a decent conversation and make correct transactions.

Staff who are very rude to customers！

Owner/manager (middle aged Chinese woman) treats her staff in the most disgusting way; yelling at them about stuff she'd clearly under-trained them on. I feel really bad for the young Indian attendants as they're being treated like rubbish and probably paid the same. Will go to a 7-Eleven where managers don't yell at the staff - won't be going back here!

Very nice people, got my daily Morning Coffee there. Always good and cheap.

I had a well experience with the management here food check out everything was good forgot to take cutlery earlier from a store they gave it without hesitation

I visited today at 4:23pm and i never seen this type of rude customer service in my life.
