I bought through Groupon for the bayalage and really just received a full dye colour. I asked for a concave bob and just received a fast simple bob. Just a quick blow dry and no styling done. Really disappointed.

The team at Jlex hair is amazing! I got a Groupon as a gift and added on a color. The service is fantastic, Hayley is so lovely and she transformed my sad hair into an epic vision!!! Can't thank her enough! The vibe is very chill and professional and they are super friendly. You can tell that they love their clients because most are regulars but as a first timer you still get the friendly service and get to be part of the laughs. I'll definitely be going back! Thank you so much!

I had my hair cut last April after coming out depressed from contracting COVID. I’ve always have long hair, I asked the guy hairdresser what suits me. He suggested a bob-cut. I was so pleased with the result. I felt like a new person coming out from their Salon. The guy who did my hair was very nice too. He made me feel comfy during the procedure.I am going again tomorrow for another bob-cut but this time with under-cut. Let’s see if I’ll have the same experience.And ohhh, I booked them thru groupon.

NO VALUE FOR MONEY. I HAD KERATIN TREATMENT WHICH IS NOT DONE PROPERLY THEY DID VERY LITE SPREAY ON MY HAIRS AND SAID TREATMENT IS FINISH. AND AFTER WASHING MY HAIRS AFTER 4 DAYS THEY ARE EXACT SAME AS IT WAS BEFORE. DONT GO FOR IT.

Came here through Groupon and by a recommendation of a friend. I am very happy with haircut and colour. Joe and Hailey did a wonderful job. JLex, is not going to give you that fancy type service, but they will give you quality. The staff are genuine and this place is great value. If you want great hair, but don't need all the fluff that come with high end salons, then this is the place for you

I found Jlex hair to be a lovely tight knit family" unit run by experienced & lovely people. They know their regular clientele (who are just as friendly) & welcome knew ones with open arms
