We had our anxious Samoyed girl groomed here today and I can't recommend the team highly enough. They took care to make sure she felt safe and comfortable and she looks and smells amazing. They were knowledgeable about the special grooming needs of the breed which was a great relief as well.

First time visiting them today. So easy to communicate easy to book and right next to the fur babies friendly Cafe. Just nothing better than this shop. All the ladies super nice and kind my dogs were not get much stressed. Key point was I could put two dogs at the same time. Similar time they could finished. So quick!!!!As you can see in the photo super smooth lines and fur.I can thank you enough you ladies!!

The groomers were friendly and accommodating, and they did a great job with my elderly pup. I booked online and had text messages to confirm (which was a great reminder!). They work in a large room together so if your dog isn't ok with other dogs it's something to be aware of. My pup was safely tucked into a crate to await my return so I never had any safety concerns.

The stand-out grooming team in the Ipswich and West Brisbane area. I tried a few different groomers until I found this wonderful team, and now I will not go anywhere else. They take all the time needed to communicate what they think is best for your dog and why, and give great tips for what you can do at home. They always have the dog's health and well-being as their priority, and the results are brilliant. My dog comes home happy and relaxed; I'm grateful to have found Barclay and Pips.

Having just moved to the area, I had trialled 3 other groomers nearby, before here.Lisa at Barkley and Pips was amazing.My boy was a mess before his groom. Lisa clipped him exactly as asked, and he looked amazing after and when picking him up, I could tell he had had a great time and he felt safe and cared for.I will be using Barkley and Pips as my ongoing groomer from now on.

I absolutely love these groomers and ladies. So gentle and beautifully kind with my old blind Maltese boy. I would never go anywhere else.I do wish though that the older man in the cafe was more friendly and not so standoffish. Otherwise I would stay for food and coffee.Otherwise thanks again

I've been here several times and while they've done a great job overall, I feel incredibly judged every time I walk out of there. I try to do some of my pup's upkeep on my own, which works fine, however every couple months I get things like a nail clip, spa treatment, etc. and I'm asked things like today do you use scissors or clippers on him?" with no explanation as to why they asked it
