Super nasty food served in cardboard boxes you have to get close up to look at what kind of value. Chips were ok and so were the prices but the calamari was horrendous. I’d only go back to try the noodles

Who cares if staff don't always greet you with a smile? They have fast service, a wide variety of palatable food for very affordable prices, perfect for students on a budget, what more could you want?

I initially said no when cashier offered sauce but seconds later changed my mind and asked more info about how much the sauce was etc. Response from cashier was rude, am i not allowed to change my mind and ask questions? Bad vibes

They've now put all the food in prepackaged cardboard containers so you can't see what they have until you get to the front of the queue and read twhat is written on the boxes. Much prefer the physiology refectory where you can see at a glance what is available.

the chips and potato gems are okay, rest is served in cardboard boxes so you have no idea what you'll get. Got the pork roll expecting a little better than to find it looked and smelt like mushed up cat food for $7.

Used to be great food at affordable prices but now they pre-cook food and leave it on a heating stand for people to grab and go, so you don't really get much hot food, rather warm food.

UQ Union run refectory with plenty of options. Sushi, salad, sandwiches, carvery foods for a reasonable price. EFTPOS is available. In the same area are some third party run franchises and Union run but branded stores too.

This place served surprisingly good quality and value buffet style food last year, since they've reopened in 2020 I'd be extremely surprised if you could find worse food/value on campus at UQ. Avoid this place like covid19.

They sell roast meat, fried food and slop. The roast meals are pretty good (and the portion sizes excellent) but avoid the rest.
