I went to Reece to pick out items for the renovation of our bathroom, toilet and laundry. This was a very daunting task given the huge selection, but Claire was super helpful. Everything was reasonably priced and was available quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Zero service. Went to buy a toilet seat. I know it's only up to $250 or so, but they completely ignored me, even when I stood in front of the counter directly in front of staff, waiting to be served. Phoned their Fyshwick store instead and they didn't even answer the phone. Phoned a competitor and I'm now supremely happy.

Friendly, helpful staff at the trade desk. Got me out of a bind when I had a leaking flexible water line that is no longer made. They showed me a simple, affordable solution, and I learned some new things in my lunch break. I went home that afternoon, fixed the leak and had my water back on that evening. Thanks! I'll be back.
