James was extremely helpful in the purchase of our first house. We got timely information, great follow up and clear communication at all times. When the property got passed in at auction, he was really helpful in communicating what the vendor was after and answered all of our questions, allowing for multiple visits during the week, negotiating with the vendor and keeping in contact during the settlement period.
