National Tiles Traralgon

Went in to National Tiles Traralgon and purchased a bag of tile adhesive as Bunnings were out of stock I paid for it and left the store after completing the job a couple of hours later I looked at the receipt and thought that adhesive was expensive at $45.30 so I went on the National Tiles website selected my store at Traralgon found the adhesive that I was sold 2 hours earlier for $28.57 so thinking a mistake was made at the time I make my purchase I called the Traralgon store and was told that price on the website is our trade price which to be honest I don’t believe for a second! I called 2 other National Tiles stores and enquired as to how much that same Tile adhesive cost and what do you know they both said $28.57 as per the website so that’s the last time I will go in to that store very disappointing!

Great and very helpful staff

We ordered tiles not a small amount of tiles one week ordered more of the same the next week ,they had gone up in price by around a third .When asked why no real answer.Down the road looks good for the rest of the house

Recently updated our main bathroom with floor and wall tiles supplied by National Tiles Traralgon. Customer service was exceptional and staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Tiles were of excellent quality and tiler had no issues laying them. Quality was superb. Would highly recommend National Tiles for all your tiles and flooring needs.

Upmarket tiles with excellent customer service and lots of ideas supplied verbally and on their online room service you can do at home by uploading your room pictures then slot in their tiles . WOW FACTOR
