We highly recommend Sarjan Homes to everyone. As first home buyers, Sarjan team has been very helpful and always available to assist us every step of the building process. We never encountered any mishaps with the team. They guided us to make the very best decision for our home.We are very impressed with their professional service from start to finish but most especially the quality work they have given to our home.It was a pleasure working alongside Sarjan and we would definitely choose this custom builder again in any of our future projects.

Pros:Very good builder. Professional builders with a tight working unit. Delivery is always on time. A very flexible custom builder for Sydney. Innovation is always a prime factor that drives this builder. The office is located in 7-hills in the corporate business park. Strongly recommend them for their good quality of work and delivery.Cons:Nothing

Not that I used them to build a home but the Sarjan homes team were constructing in the area I live and the disregard for the community that was shown indicates to me that I would not trust them to build a house with care and thoughtfulness. Footpaths we’re regularly blocked forcing pedestrians (including mobility scooters and parents with prams onto the road) the site was messy.There is more to doing business than just producing a good product. While I can’t comment on the quality of their builds there are major deficiencies in how they do things on site in relation to interacting with the community.

My experience with Sarjan homes has been nothing less than exceptional.. from the initial consultation to handover they have been a huge help. Being my first home and not having much knowledge, I had endless amounts of questions that the team had no hesitation in answering. I would highly recommend Sarjan Homes. They are the best custom builders who ensure quality construction results. Very good team that has a good relationships with suppliers and all customers. They are very flexible and most importantly reachable at all times. My journey with Sarjan Homes was incredible, never frustrating and I am absolutely delighted with the results. Cannot thank them enough for their efforts in making my dream house a reality.
