No issues with staff but impossible to shop here because it's everything is out of stock! I see on the website that they'll sell a certain brand, go in store to check out the line of products and they have none available. Totally annoying, so I go elsewhere now.

I have been into the Midland store quite a bit in the last couple of week.Staff have always been friendly, welcoming and approachable, staff always willing to help and offer helpful advice.Especially Bianca!Never have had to wait long to be served even with the collection of prescriptions.The store always has what I need. Good selection of stock.The store is always clean and presentable.Would recommend this store anyone.

It always looks like it’s closing down. Never any stock. They got rid of quite a few lines that the other Priceline stores stock still. Staff aren’t overly helpful. Have started buying a lot of my everyday products from anywhere else in bulk as I’ve been let down too many times.

Arrived at Midland Priceline at 6:10pm to find it closed when the wall outside and online say it closes at 7pm. This is disappointing considering we had planned ahead to be there before closing as we have to travel from Wooroloo.

They advertise and allow online booking of Astrazeneca booster dose, as approved by ATAGI.I was required to be vaccinated for work and had my booking confirmed by email. Turned up and was told 'we're not allowed to administer Astrazeneca as a booster'. If this is true it is internal to priceline as I received my booster at another provider later that day I suspect it is not true and the pharmacist simply did not want to administer AZ and lied to me.An incredibly stressful day of finding another provider to avoid getting sacked followed.Staff were arrogant, ignorant, and unapologetic.
