Went shopping over the weekend and bought a bed & mattress from sleep king after searching through every bed shop in the area. They had the best prices and had our items in stock ready for delivery three days later. One of the parts of the bed came broken and we were worried we would have to potentially wait weeks for a replacement part but Barbara in store was amazing and had it all sorted for us in less than 24 hours. Parts were delivered the day after we called them and their wonderful delivery guy (Abi) even helped me put the frame together. Really happy with the service and looking forward to a good nights sleep on our new bed.

While browsing for bedheads, Barbara attended to me. She helped me to find the closest color match with a lot of patience (I showed her photos of my old bed base) and when I received the bedhead the color matched very well.The wait was reasonable, 2-3 weeks and it arrived on time. The delivery driver called to confirm drop off time. The delivery man and his assistant were so courteous and helpful. The in store and customer service experience from the start to receiving point is excellent. The bed head quality is also great. Highly recommend this store for bed related products.. The delivery person
