By far the worst vehicle I have ever owned. The guys seem to have no care in converting these and it has been one issue after another. Owned the car for 2 years and it has been back 5 times with issues.Last performax car I will ever own.

cannot speak highly enough of the parts people. their customer service is always excellent. always look after us with pricing too. been stumped on repairs a couple of times and the in depth knowledge these people have has really helped me out. I dont bother ringing any other suppliers these days

I took my mother in-laws 1998 Chevy to Performax, I told them the transmission was having issues. they quoted me 1200 for a service, we said ok. They then said there was metal in the transmission, and we needed to see a transmission specialist (why take the job) my mother in-law then got told lies about the cars condition and to sell it according receptionist/service consultant, she mentioned there was rust all over the body and in the doors (there was none, I inspected the outer and internals of it), get rid of it" and then mentioned that one mechanic was offering $500 for the car and she should sell it to him. This was nothing but blatant collusion. we also mentioned that Chevy's key pattern is different Acc is at the bottom and off in the middle "ohh yeah we know all that" car came back with a flat battery. The whole process was a waste of money

Bought my f150 raptor of them, excellent service, before and after customer service was very good. We had a tour through the factory and all I can say is wow, highly recommend and very happy with the purchase. Thankyou

Just had the siverado in with them , all fixed and very happy great crew. And bubble Lady looked after us and explained all done...

Had a Keyfob problem with my Silverado that was sorted promptly and professionally. From the service counter through to the workshop and pick up. Excellent service, Thank you Performax Gympie.

Anyone who takes these reviews seriously needs to understand the motivation of the muppets who post them.E.g a bloke who flogged his truck for years, including the Simpson Desert and driving through flood waters, accepted mega dollars of free repairs and parts, and is now selling his truck and buying another. And then drops a lame review. More a reflection on his character than his truck….

I only give them one star because google told me I had too or I wouldn’t have even give them one star!! WORST business I have ever come across!!! 10k later and the problems still weren’t fixed, took it to a back yard mechanic and he fixed the problem for $350 and all because proformax didn’t reprogram the computer for larger tyres!!! Also it was meant to be detailed, we paid for detailing and my 2 your old would have done a better job! Would NEVER recommend this company to my worst enemy! They have left us so angry and out of pocket 10k for NOTHING!

A good experience, the service administration, organisation and the vehicle service went very smoothly. The service items and cost explained clearly and the vehicle was in a tidy condition after the service. I would highly recommend Performax.
