I can’t speak highly enough of Tim and the team at A N F Automotive. The world of cars and all that can go pear-shaped with them, can be frustrating and daunting. I’m always put at ease when speaking to Tim and Adam in regards to my auto issues, they give me the confidence to know if something goes wrong they are absolutely there to assist in any way necessary. Took my 07 Honda for a basic service here once (oil, fuel filter, etc). charged me $300. Double what i usually pay

My car had overheated so i pulled over to the side and a good local samaritan stopped to help and reccommended by her to visit anf automotive and speak to tim ..and dealt with tim and was the mooost understanding honest ive ever dealt withThank you tim and good samaritan for recommedation

My 2006 model Ford Territory developed a loud grinding sound coming from the rear passenger side wheel bearing assembly. I barely made it back to Glenorie on Sunday afternoon after coming back from the Shoalhaven.Called Tim first thing Monday morning and said to bring it on down. Unfortunately the disc assembly had welded itself to the bearing/flange and the whole kit and caboodle had to be replaced. Went back a couple of weeks later to get the front bearing changed (much quicker and easier).I also thought that my left hand lower ball joint assembly was gone and needed replacing (common issue on Falcon's and Territories of this era) and I asked Tim to just replace it" Tim tells me when I go to pick the car up all it needed was some lubricant! If that isn't pure honesty I don't know what is!The prices were extremely fair on both occasions and Tim went out of his way to fit me in despite running a very busy shop. Also dropped me back home and picked me up.There were two negative reviews I read for Tim that appear to either out of towners or snobs that think the sun shines out of their you know. Ignore those clowns.This is what I call fair dinkum Aussie service by an independent shop. Will definitely go back and see Tim and the crew again and you should too.You'll get stung and lied to by many big name places but not these guys.Thanks!"

Took my teenagers car in with problems starting the car in the mornings - we advised we needed it back fast so when is a good week he is not buisy ! The reply is he is always buisy as he said with a chuckle! So we left the car there heard nothing for 4 days I rang workshop they advised theOwner was away for a week so need to wait for his return ... he returned and still didn’t tend to the car as he was on his honeymoon fair enough but why not tell us he is away ! THE CAR was there untouched 3:5 weeks when I rang he advised he would get onto it and fix it in 2 days and when we went to collect the car an hours drive each way ... there was an apprentice there he had left caps off and dirty rags still inside the motor we removed them and the apprentice e laughed saying he has been doing the car but not aware what issue he was suppose to be fixing so we drove the car away realising this guy would be struggling to even know where the engine was l... the owner is now happy to advise he has found a different issue with the transmission and he needs the trans specialist to pick the car up and drive it an hour away to get tested ... I don’t think so The car is barely going so taken it to 4 mechanics and no issue found on with the original issue that we took it there for ... Now all of a sudden the car is co stay ly stalking at the lights making it extremely dangerous! For a teenager to drive they need it for work ... we have take. It to a 4th mechanic ... this mechanic didn’t check the spark plugs as it’s the first thing that would have been tested from previous mechanic ANF glenorie .. so he decided he would start from the beginning a check plugs incase ... I RECEIVED a Swift phone call from the mechanic advising that the last mechanic has removed the transmission SPARK plug which is why the transmission was showing faulty so one can only presume they wanted us to PAY for a new TRaNSMISSION !!!!! When all it needed was the spark plug put back into place !!!! I won’t be going bak to ANF in my life and thanks to the new mechanic at WESTSIDE petrol station .. there is also a really helpful salesman there selling second ha f cars called BROOK .... I guess this is my new mechanic now and if I ever need another car I k ow where to go ...

Been going here since I was young and my parents have done the same for years. Tim is awesome and does everything 100% within a good timeframe and price
