Lost a grub screw out of a bathroom towel rail fixing and was trying to work out how to know what size I needed and where to get it. Trust Google to help me find Avenir the manufacturer. Emailed service and almost an instant reply asking for my address and 2 days later I receive in the mail 3 grub screws and the appropriate Allen key....all at no charge. It's this kind of Customer focus that would get my repeat business and recommendations. Thanks again Avenir *****

We have had an Avenir Heated towel rack for close to 10 years. The rack has worked brilliantly once correctly installed (initial installation error was the electrician's not the product). Recently another electrical issue has meant we once again needed help from the manufacturer. I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Avenir. In both instances (9+ years ago and more recently) they have gone out of their way to help us solve the issue. Definitely above and beyond what could reasonably be expected. It's an 20 out of 10 score for customer service from us and same for the product.

Justin went way beyond normal expectations by delivering a replacement fixing kit lost on site in person and on the same day of my call to the technical department. This kind of service is very rare these days. He saved the day and the heated towel rail was installed and now working beautifully.

Great customer service and good looking product!I was searching for a long time for such products and I’m happy I finally found them! Unfortunately, I didn’t choose the free shipping option because I needed them very fast in Romania, Europe but the Customer Order Manager helped me finding a fast shipping plan to my country and she was also very prompt with every request that I had.I will come back with an update and pictures after the installation but I’m sure I will not have problems during it because they have a very explicit user guide.As I was saying above, please find attached some pictures, great team , they deserve the 5 stars!!

The products are fantastic - need looking, great quality. We had a transformer die (probably due to my plumber’s installation) and Avenir have been fantastic at helping to identify the problem and sort me out with a replacement. Testimony to their fantastic service, Chris - the GM - came to my house, tested a few things, then left me with the spares I’d need.Absolutely fantastic business and customer-centric service!!

What a difference dealing with a local company! I had an issue with a soap holder and lodged a warranty claim through the retailer. Avenir rang me within a week of lodging the claim to replace the item and give advice on removing the original install. Totally recommend this local manufacturer!

Chris came out, ringing 30mins before due which was great. He fixed the short circuiting on my towel rail. The problem was poor installation by my electrician. Lesson for all use the suppliers trades people as they do the work correctly. Thankyou Chris and Avenir
