Have been in twice now, first time I was ignored. Staff need to learn basic customer service skills, a friendly greeting goes a long way.Second time, the young girl seemed to have no idea what she was doing. Maybe it was her first day, that's the feeling I got, yet she was on her own.Hope the team Improve as they get to know the area.

We Bought a few drinks from agar juice today . We told the staff member not to put nuts or noodles ( sevyan type )in the falooda and when we got home the falooda had nuts all on top and half the falooda was full of noodles , they could of sent someone to hospital if they had a nut allergy . Very poor service and we had no NO apology for the mistake when we drove back to replace it !!!.Never buy falooda from here as they falooda was so bad before too with watery noodles ,and nothing like other agar juice stores .

I am in Melbourne from last 10years and Till now, one of the worst staff i have seen in Melbourne or I can say in Australia..they behave like as they are selling GOLD or diamond.will never go there again and request others to not visit them as they are 100% uneducated people having no manners.

Not the best ice creams and Falooda. They look like Agha, even the board and advertisements are similar. But quality and taste is nothing comparable. Little pricey.

The staff are not attentive to the customer. Waited at the counter 5 mins before even being acknowledged. They don’t respond to the bell ringing. They then served the drinks to the counter and left them there, I didn’t know. Had to wait another few minutes just to ask them if that was my order, again not responding to the bell. Apparently they called out a number but I was never given a number or receipt so how would I know, even if I did hear them call it out. They don’t seem to give a stuff and don’t smile. The mango milkshake was almost tasteless. I will never return to this store.
