Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!!!Dont send ur car when there's problem. I did my regular service last Thu. Before i left i told them the rubber belt sound odd, please pay attention to that.When i came back, they told me the belt didn't seem damaged, the noise might came from somewhere else, and they were too busy on that day to check the rest. They suggested me book another time to check after the holiday.So i ask them Is my car safe to drive for this holiday?"They said "yes".The belt broke down the day after

Failed to identify an electronic fault with my Mercedes and sent the car to another workshop without my knowledge. If they couldn’t fix the problem and were sending it off to another workshop I would have liked to have known first. Charged me for the pleasure. Workshop is also very grimy and dirty which made me question their capabilities in the first place. Overall a very poor experience and a regrettable one.

This is a highly professional business. Prestige serviced my car brilliantly. It runs the best it ever has. Such a difference in its performance. Car was washed and detailed beautifully for pick up. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Geoff and his team for years now, and have always been impressed at the level of service, and the friendliness of his staff. As a woman, I have never felt that I was being ripped off. Geoff recently helped me secure a new vehicle at an amazing price, and his advice was invaluable as I almost made the mistake of purchasing a 'rebirthed' car. Can't recommend highly enough.

This mechanic is a thief, I paid over $ 600 for something he never did, he told me he had changed the thermostat, but he never changed it. I advise not to go to him.

Hands down, the best mechanic's in Melbourne! I've been a customer for 5yrs and cannot rate them highly enough. Amazing customer service from the Owner Geoff, his workshop team are exceptional; their work is always excellent and consistently very well priced. Geoff will always take the time to explain what's required with your service if you're not car savvy. Do Book ahead! These guys are always busy, and for good reason!

If I could rate zero stars I would. What a front for not having a single competent mechanic in the place. I suppose if you are just after an oil filter and oil change this place would suffice, but for anything that requires actual diagnostic capability is too much for them. I feel my Audi has had more harm in one service by this mob than in all the years i have owned it. I have had to have Audi richmond correct a damaged oil filter housing by them among other issues.

Not only did they do a good job to get my car on the road again, but also provided excellent service. Geoff allowed me to bring my car in on Saturday and leave it over the weekend and they did the work promptly on Monday. Thanks guys!
