In hindsight, I'm so fortunate that I had mechanical issues 350kms into a drive from Sydney to Brisbane. I needed a specific part to secure the brake CALIPER back in it's place. The staff here we're all over it and whilst we couldn't find the specific part from Lexus or Toyota, Bago Auto Dismantlers found a substitute that for us out of trouble and allowed us to continue another 600kms to put intended destination. Thank God for Bago Auto Dismantlers who charged me just $5 for the needed part. Amazing

Pretty poor performance fellas,8 hours late? Appointment had been made a month earlier ,lucky I had given reminder 2-3 days before appointed time or could still be waiting.So if doing business with them,set aside the whole day,cause 8.30am our time means when they are ready which turned out to be 4.30pm.

I rang the dismantlers on Thursday morning as we required a new side mirror for our HiLux. John advised he would check and phone back. After a short time, I received a return call advising they did not have a mirror available but could source one for the next day and half the price of the dealership.I received a phone call mid day Friday to advise the mirror had arrived. I paid by card and collected that afternoon.John was fantastic and very efficient. I would definitely recommend them in the future!

I purchased camry bumper, light, guard $300 in perfect con.They even let me fit them in the driveway - and they disposed of old parts.Can't get any better than that.
