Wayne Sayers (Diamond Valley Bathrooms) and his team have been a delight to work with on our bathrooms.My wife and I first engaged Wayne to redo our ensuite last year,we were so happy with what he and his team delivered that we called him back to do our main bathroom which has come up a treat.Thank you Wayne and team of Shane, Rhys, Damian, Tim and Jake.

Thank you Wayne and the team from Diamond Valley bathrooms! It has been a pleasure to work with a local team of tradespeople to renovate our ensuite and main bathroom. They communicate well and are very professional. We were recommended by another local family and we are very pleased with our new bathrooms!

Wayne & his team have renovated 2 bathrooms for us. We found his price to be good & the workmanship excellent. Wayne listened to what we wanted & where appropriate he suggested improvements. We cannot fault any stage of the work. We are downsizing in the next 12 months & we intend to use Wayne again for the 2 bathrooms in our next home.

I’ve used Wayne and the team 3 times now and I’m very impressed with the final product. We appreciate the great communication, attention to detail and the ease that comes with using this company. Nothing is too much trouble and it’s a solid job each time. Wayne organized all the trades and was very helpful with the design process. Really happy with my jobs and will use again.

Be warned I had my bathroom renovated by Wayne at Diamond Valley Bathrooms 6 years ago and I am now having to spend thousands of more dollars ripping it up again to have it done right. This mob did not WATERPROOF my bathroom floor or the shower base, they did not install water stops in some areas and where they did, they stopped too short so had massive amounts of water issue to the point where it rotted the door frame of bathroom. The tile underlay was not fixed with ring shank nails, instead they used used galvanised 25mm clouts so they popped up. Tiles just lifted up from the floor. When I initially contacted Wayne about this issue he said I had scrubbed my shower too hard and that I caused the grout to loosen and scrubbed the silicon away. I don’t recall being told not to clean my shower!!! If this job had been completed to code, this review would not be here! He should have taken ownership of this mess and not turn it back on client who merely wants to keep shower clean. I may not know much about bathroom renovations but trades people trying to rectify his mess are shocked at such poor workmanship and cutting corners!! I have photos and videos of this mess if I could upload I would.

Used to work with wayne a few years ago , learnt alot from this man, he was funny at the best of times, takes pride and care in his work , has been in the business a long time and taught me alot which got me into a new job where i am now , i unfortunately left waynes crew due to pursuing other career endeavours and pathways mainly being carpentry, as i found the tiling just wasnt career path i could see myself doing down the track but it was good while it lasted and allowed me to renovate my own wet areas at home with the help of other trades where needed,Thanks wayne for what you taught me over the 4 years we worked along side each other... we butted heads on multiple occasions but , appreciate all knowledge, as i said when i resigned it wasnt for me in the end, i loved doing renovations , but hated tiling quite passionately in the end and still do !!!if your after a quality wet area reno job, dvbr are your go too , wayne takes pride in his work, always haoppy to assist clients where needed , works along side beaumont tiles south morang last i remember very closely, and they highly recommend wayne .
