Norman is an absolute legend! He was very professional, knowledgeable, punctual, polite, and patient. Norman not only explained the root causes of my plumbing issues, but also the troubleshooting and investigation he would conduct. He fixed a complicated burst pipe problem at my property and completed some other plumbing jobs. Norman was very prompt and always available to assist with my queries. He did a fantastic job and cleaned up the entire area after completing the work. Norman set the expectations well, and there were no surprises. I recommend him.

Norman and Brandon did a fantastic job with my new hot water system. They were very quick to response, organised and professional. The new unit they installed for me works so much better than the old one with better water pressure and quicker hot water response. They even fixed my leaking shower and got me a new drain cover for free. Would definitely come back to them for all future plumbing work.
