My partner and I were having troubles with our ford transit, went in to find out if they could help us. They just ended up being jerks about it, weren't even interested in helping us source the part and wanted nothing to do with looking at our Ford. Honestly I wouldn't bother talking to this business.

Treated my 18 month old vehicle like it was at the wreckers, then rang and abused me because I took photos of its condition and asked questions about why parts were strewn through the vehicle. Now I know they had to do what they had to do to fix it that’s no problem but bolts in cup holders? all center console sitting on leather interior? gearbox removed and didn’t even try to block holes into the cabin whilst it sat in their graveyard waiting for parts for 5 weeks. A bit of respect, $60k Ute and you would have thought it was a backyard mechanic working on it, actually that’s an insult to backyard mechanics. I guess they know they are the only dealer within 1000kms so they can treat you however they like. If you can, keep driving, if you can’t like us I wish you all the very best but I’d sooner walk in bare feet pushing my vehicle in 40 degree heat than to take it back there

If you want the worst customer service for any mechanical issues this is your place.Went to the Ford mechanic with a weird sound coming from the engine bay of our Ford Transit. We were just after a diagnosis of potential things as the noise was quite obvious. They refused to even just come look at our car and gave us numerous excuses. Started with ‘we have no time’ to ‘we wont have the parts’ to ‘we don’t touch anything older then 2011’ after insisting we really just wanted to confirm where the sound was coming from the mechanic said to come back at 2.30 if we didnt find another mechanic. After being turned away by other mechanics we went back and the mechanic had knocked off for lunch at that exact time which we assume was intentional (saw him walk across the road to servo). So no one ever checked the car.Honestly save yourself the hassle and take your money to someone who actually cares.Would give this place 0 stars if possible.

Big shout out to both Tim and Neily on their 100% effort in the whole process in collecting me from the airport and delivery of the new Ford Ranger Raptor.This was such a easy process could not asked for more in the purchase of the new car.I read these negative reviews and find them hard to believe from my experience, maybe people expectations are greater than Alice can offer and forget to location and logistics.
