The team at Buxton Camberwell have recently taken over our property management after we were with Jellis Craig for 7 years.The transition has been seamless and we have been impressed with the professionalism and amazing results they have acheived with our property being leased after the second open with very high quality tenants. The Buxton team including Sienna, Emily and Alex have been prompt, friendly and great with communication along the way.Buxton have acheived in less than 1 week what Jellis Craig had not been able to achieve in 10 weeks - we had previously had our property listed with Jellis Craig for close to 3 months without being able to secure suitable tenants at the same advertised price. I only wish we had made the shift to Buxton sooner.

The Buxton Team we deal with and especially Lore are an amazingly responsive, professional and customer centric property managers. They provide a great service to their landlords but also ensure that tenants are looked after and any issues that may be a concern for both parties are managed effectively. After dealing with a well known Melbourne based property management agency previously that was all care and no responsibility Buxton's was and is a breath of fresh air. Would and have recommended them to anyone looking for someone who can look after their rental property.

Button's have are responsive and very active with their rental department.They have an excellent customer service and sales approach to real estate.

Lore Mazzeo has been looking after both our properties in Clayton. High degree of professionalism and excellent service, very responsive and there have been times during the pandemic when she has really gone above and beyond in her role and capacity to service us. 5 star rating!

They are a decent agency. The only thing is they don’t action any problems ever so I have to message the owner to get problems fixed
