Irene did a fantastic job with planning my wedding - it was exactly what we envisioned. Irene was incredibly easy to work with and very accommodating to our needs.

VIP decorators were our go to vendors after knowing them for many years. Aunty Irene went above and beyond for our wedding on the 21st of August 2022 at Springfield House Dural. She made all our inspiration pics a reality. She really outdid herself with executing our wedding to the highest of standards. She made sure everything we requested from the mirror aisle & the crystal chandeliers to the white floral filled mandap and 10+ metre floral aisle. She didn’t hold back in creating that WOW factor that we wanted and definitely impressed us! Aunty Irene and her team worked around the clock (quite literally) to make our dream wedding a reality. Thank you Aunty Irene & team for all your hard work and efforts! We can’t wait to work with you again in the near future!

Irene and Venita are the dream team. VIP turned my sisters standard backyard into and amazing, colourful and breathtaking mehndi/sangeet setup. It was so vibrant and fun. You turned our ideas and dreams into reality with perfection and elegance. VIP is undoubtedly the best in New South Wales when it comes to wedding decor. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I really should have written this review sooner but I've been bogged down by post wedding festivities to get around to this.We got in touch with Irene early last year for our Wedding in January 2023. Honestly I was quite stressed since it felt like there was a lot to get done even just from a decorations viewpoint. However Irene was so easy to work with. Her designs and ideas are amazing. The best part is the consultations she holds in her warehouse which gave us the chance to see and touch the pieces ourselves and make sure it is what we like.As it got closer to the wedding we all got quite busy and this is where Irene and Venita really outdid themselves. They took the ideas we had presented them with and the overall designs and filled in the blanks with their own creative ideas to create something which was honestly magical. Irene and Venita are not just wedding event decorators. They are truly artists and we are so happy with their work!If I had to think of a point of improvement it would probably be around their availability. At no fault of their own, they are insanely popular and in high demand. This makes them really busy. Irene and Venita both handle this stress really well but it does make them a little hard to get in touch with when needed. This was not really an issue for us, however I could imagine couples wanting a lot more time to explore the specific decorative elements may have some small challenges.Overall, I am amazed at their professionalism and quality of work and could not recommend these guys more for your wedding. Just make sure to get in nice and early and allow them some time to plan.

Irene and her team are simply amazing. With only 3 days to organise our reception after the easing of restrictions. Irene completely surpassed all our expectations. She and her team put together a wonderful and amazing set up. One less thing to worry about by leaving it all in Irene's hands. Definitely recommended for any event decorations.

Irene transformed the Deckhouse in Hunters Hill into what many still say 'the best wedding they have attended'. Her work was simply first class and many other Sydney based decorating companies couldn't even come close to what we received on the night and leading up to our wedding. Choosing Irene and her team at VIP Decorations has been the greatest decision made with our wedding planning. From the start of our wedding consultations with Irene, Irene has been very warm, kind-hearted and treats you as her own. Rather than a client, she treats you as a family member. Irene has been accommodating and easy to work with - from the initial COVID pandemic and doing video calls with us. Irene has also accommodated the multiple design and colour palette requests that we have made. She has even taken into account the minute details, customizing her designs to our wedding colours and clothes, to including our favourite florals. We are so thankful to have worked with such a hard-working team who really value perfection. <3

I used Irene for her decorating services for my Hindu wedding in Sydney. Irene and Venita were very professional, have a ton of experience (and it shows), were receptive, flexible and prepared to work with any idea that I had. I loved how everything turned out.
