Anna was truly amazing to work with, to have my unit tenanted. The transition ran so smoothly, and I didn’t have to worry about anything. Everything Anna said, happened with absolutely no stress from my end. I was kept in the loop at all times. Once again, Harcourts have been truly amazing. Thank you so much Anna.

We have been so impressed with Harcourts. From the application process, to moving in and afterwards-the whole thing has been seamless. Their communication is fantastic and the information they share is concise. Anna has been so friendly, professional and approachable.

Anna from Harcourts Move responded quickly to my initial query and was very forthcoming and helpful through the whole application process. She was the best real estate agent I’ve ever had.I found all staff very friendly and helpful, and the online application process was very easy and second to none. I have rented through many different agencies over the years and Harcourts Move is above and beyond the best of them all. I would definitely recommend them and rate my move-in experience 10/10.

Harcourts has been great to deal with. We are renters and haven’t always had the best experience with agents in the past but Anna was absolutely amazing to deal with. Her service was prompt and made our move into our new house seamless. Would recommend them to anyone!

But I'll be waiting for a reply to the email that I sent yesterday for further discussion.I didn't write a comment here before because I wanted this to be discussed privately but as a reply here, I'd like to make something clear:1. You not only failed to inform us about the owner's wish to get a sales valuation for the house, but you also gave our contact details to a random real estate agency without our knowledge or permission.2. Secondly, even when the real estate person contacted us and we informed them (suspecting it to be a scam call) that we had received no such information and would like this to be in an email, we get the Harcourts response from a random mobile number that we couldn't track or call back on.I hope you look into your system for the routine inspection, and also into the team that was responsible for the points mentioned above. Thanks.

Anna you have been so wonderful and professional throughout my apartment search. I am so glad you offered me the rental home for it is just what i always wanted.in a new home. We had a fantastic experience with Harcourts, particularly with Anna as our Property Manager. When we were looking to have our rental property tenanted, Anna gave us detailed feedback after each inspection and was realistic about any tenancy expectations. She did a great job having the property tenanted within the proposed timeframe and price range.

Worst ever rental property managers they don't want any human contact from tenants they force you to use unreliable Our Tenant" app for maintenance request's were request get ignored or just canceled. It is NOT LEGAL to force tenant's to use apps under Vic rental laws. If you try to call them it's straight to voice mail and they don't call you back after you leave them massages or you email them and get ignored. I would avoid any rental properties they manage when looking for a rental in the future."
