Without doubt Sydney's No: 1, premier accident repair centre...Concours Motor Body Repairs recently completed work on our Subaru Levorg. The result of the repairs were just phenomenal! The vehicle truly looked like it just came straight off the showroom floor the day we purchased it. Every aspect of the repairs and paint was perfect. Jim and his team of professional repairers and painters workmanship and their attention to detail is nothing short of absolute perfection and truly unsurpassed. Being someone that had been involved in the motor industry for over 25 years, having had liaised ,visited and looked at multitudes of smashed and repaired motor vehicles in very many panel shops over the course of this time can say this with some degree of experience and knowledge. A highly recommended genuine 5 Star business. It's reviews speak volumes and pretty much reflect and say it all.

Perfect repair of door & rear guard damage to my BMW M2. PPF had save the paint but 3 other (NRMA approved) repairers said the rear guard had to be repaired/painted, fortunately I had choice of repairer with NRMA as Concours were able to do paintless repair with just the ppf being replaced. The damaged rear wheel was also replaced with a new oem wheel, no negotiating/arguing, the other repairs said it would be difficult to get it replaced verses repaired (& with a diamond cut/tinted clear finish they don't repair well). The other at fault driver's insurance was liable for repair cost, I had the feeling the other repairs wanted to just do the most expensive repair but not necessarily the best, Concours did the best job which happened to also be a cheaper claim. Great job and faultless ethics.

I can’t speak highly enough of my recent experience with the amazing team at Concourse.My first interaction at Concourse was with Angela, such a lovely Lady who actually listened to my tale of woe re my calls to my insurer, she patiently asked all the right questions and came up with solutions to my issues and after weeks of worry I can’t tell you the difference that call with Angela made to me that day, I instantly felt I had faith in this company.From there on in every interaction with all the team was warm, genuine and professional.They are a family business and I think that shines through in all their interactions and in their commitment to offering exceptional service every time. The other reviews show how everybody feels the same, it’s a consistent theme.I picked up my car yesterday, it’s 12 years old and seriously looks like new! The attention to detail and brilliant workmanship was amazing. When I was driving it home I all of a sudden found myself worrying about other cars getting too close as it had that ‘new car’ feel about it.I have to put my hand up and admit this damage was totally my fault, involving some very dodgy parking in a very tight car space and whilst I hope in the future I manage to stay clear of walls that pop out at me from every angle, if I ever need help again I would be straight back to Concourse.A very big thank you to Angela, Nick Theodore and all the team for not only your wonderful standard of care to the vehicles but for also being such lovely humans.
