This is one of the best salons I've been to because the cheerfulness and welcoming nature of the staff reflects how the business is run: with genuine care for it's stylists and clients. I love how the up-and-coming stylists are encouraged and eager to learn and excel at their craft and it surely shows with excellent hair cuts and colour surrounded by good energy. Latoya is especially lovely and skilled and I always a pleasant experience :)

fantastic, we were just passing through armidale, the girls looked lovely so we got a treatment, shampoo, blow dry, also a massage and cup of herbal tea to start with, staff are amazing, welcoming, just a fantastic experience, well done girls. we will be back in our next pass through.

Best hairdresser in townProfessional, lovely people, v quick to rectify/modify any changes required. Both me, my son, my sister and my parents go here and are v happy with results ps the head massage is divine.

Update: prices went up - $70+ per cut as a new “gender unbiased” direction. Still a nice cut but no longer worth it for the blokes. Disappointing… but it was good while it lasted.Great customer care focus. A little more expensive ($45 vs $35 at just cuts) for a straight forward men’s cut but worth it - neck and shoulders massage before and shampoo after the cut were great. The cut was done with scissors and a great attention to detail. Thank you Mary and team!

Cooper & Co recently did the hair and makeup for my wedding in Armidale. Janelle, Mary and the team were so lovely, professional and talented through the whole process, even with covid delays. I'm so grateful for them and their work, they made us so beautiful and happy on the day. I cannot recommend them highly enough for events and for normal hair egg makeup. Thankyou!!

First time coming here as not from the area. Absolutely amazing !! Hairdresser Hannah (if I remember her name correctly) did an amazing job on my haircut. Recommended some great products and also helped teach me some styling tricks. 10/10 recommend !!

I was a first time customer at Cooper and Co. Mary did my hair and later Latoya did my eye brows and eye lashes tint. The customer service was impeccable. The girls were so friendly and kind, I had to bring my young daughter with me and Mary took her to the bathroom for me and helped me too look after her, well above and beyond. The cut was good and so were my eye lash and eye brow tint. Latoya paid extra special care with me and really showed she was paying attention and cared about what she was doing..I highly recommend Cooper and Co. In many ways probably one the best hair dressers I've been to in Armidale. Well done Cooper and Co..

Went in for a freshen up after months of not getting my hair cut, Maddy was absolutely fantastic! I was quite anxious at first as I knew my hair was in bad shape, and I had never visited this salon before, but Maddy made me feel super comfortable and gave me the perfect personalised low maintenance cut to suit my face. Super happy with everything, definitely recommend and will definitely be back!
