This company would not give us a refund after they mixed up our order by sending the wrong items. We returned the items, at their request, but they will not respond to any emails asking to finalize the matter and return our money (approx $200). I would not recommend them. They are dodgy.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. So dishonest and deceitful...will lie over and over. Advertise the wrong items and then will not offer any service to correct the problem. Stay away as much as possible...save your money and buy elsewhere.

So far a very dishonest business.We contacted them 2 weeks after ordered a battery. They - Christine - replied very promptly saying that there was a better battery for an extra $15.We refused the offer asking for the battery we ordered knowing that this is an upsale tactic.They again responded quickly saying that the battery we ordered is not available and offered half the $15 as more discount.We refused and asked for a full refund.They - Christine - ceased contact with us despite repeated emails sent from us.Stay away from this Xiao Yong Deng business.Our loss of $35.79 unless otherwise.Thieving dishonest Asian business disguised using Aussie name n Australia Post!Scums of Sewage!

A great eBay store for buying batteries and chargers for camera, power tool, laptop and camcorder, especially the portable back up battery charger for notebooks and mobile phones

Similar story to others posted. They didn't send the item ordered and when contacted said it wasn't available but tried to sell me a much more expensive one. When I declined and asked for a refund they ceased responding to my emails. I'm now trying to recover my money through PayPal and will also notify consumer affairs.
