I’ve been an arborist for ten years terry and his team have alway bent over backwards for me, I’ve dealt with a lot of stihl shops in my time but this is certainly by far the best, great workmanship and a true gentleman at a great price, thanks terry and team

Terry was great knows everything about Stihl products i tried 5 other stores and Mitre 10 in Sydney metro. I will always go here Was after a fx66 trimmer head he had one of many in stock the other had no idea and said do not make anymore . Don't waste your time like i did go and see Terry.Thanks again for today Terry

All Needs Plumbing had a concrete daw serviced here and all i can say is brilliant customer service! The man seemed very knowledgeable and delivered his service on time as promised. Will definetly be taking my 2 stroke items here again. Reasonable price. Polite and professional.
