Gary was recommended to us by a friend after a previous builder had done a terrible job and left us with a big mess to handle. It was a difficult situation and Gary came to literally save the day - working around terrible previous works to make what was missing happen, and fixing so many defects left behind by others.We only wish we had met him before we closed our original contract, it would have saved us a world of pain!Gary did a great job overall and we would recommend him in future.

Thank you for your transparent and no nonsense approach, setting clear goals and giving explanations that were easy to understand – these are big selling points as they made decision making a lot easier! It was also refreshing to not have to worry about condescending or elusive behaviour when talking with Gary about the job.

Wanted a builder to come and finish off my Home in Kedron. Had a budget of $30k and thought that would cover it but after meeting Gary and speaking in depth about what i wanted to do, he made a few suggestions that made sense and spent $20k more and was very happy with the results. Very professional and nothing was too much trouble, and he was honest where others i spoke to werent. Gary and his cohorts worked at a high level of productivity and although their singing was terrible they were having fun which was good to see and set a good vibe. Highly recommend Gary.

I required a builder for some modifications of a commercial property for a Gym fit out. Gary came highly recommended on the local community Facebook groups. Sourced a couple of quotes from builders as you do and both quotes were very similar although Gary had a lot more detail in his quote and meticulously explained exactly what my investment into my business covered and what the outcome will look like.This was a big investment for me and I felt that Gary was more invested into this job than the other builder.Communication between us was fantastic and the job was certainly completed to my satisfaction and I am very happy with the outcome.It can be quite challenging to find businesses to carry out works such as mine when you are on a relatively tight timeline and I certainly appreciate Gary's patients with me during what a stressful time when relocating a business.Would highly recommend Phasium Builders and Gary is certainly on speed dial for when we intend to extend our deck in a couple of years.

Came in and updated our bathrooms including new toilets and hand dryers. Very fast and clean. You would not know they had been there.
