Last weekend I went to add 1 day onto my policy. Usually my wife does all the purchasing of our travel insurance. She couldn't locate the policy and panicked. She did find the quote dated Nov 22 but no actual policy. Didn’t notice the quote had my name on it not hers. We are travelling from tomorrow. Were we insured?So last week she bought the policy again. Oh well it finally clicked, checked credit card statements and yes paid for in Nov 22. Called Insure and Go this week. Explained all. Francis was great. Cancelled last weeks policy and has arranged for a refund.Getting old is a b.... !!!

I was a little shocked at the price. especially the additional charge for my wife's declared condition of Type 2 diabetes. Yes, she has the condition but it is managed with self administered medication and doesn't prevent her from doing anything significant for her age. I am reasonably sure we have had travel insurance with you in the past for about half the price this time.

We had a flight problem with Qantas in May this year which resulted in us having to purchase very seats on the spot in order to reach our connection. We sent all documents to insureand go and received all out of pocket costs yesterday . We were very happy with there service both in response time and ease of claim .

Haven’t had to claim or activate it yet but was relieved to find the perfect insurance for my needs- long term traveler to SE Asia needing basic coverage to cover my desire to explore on a motorbike. Coverage of pre- existing conditions was clear and concise and not the liability that others impose. Will update to 5 stars if all goes to plan. :-) but gives me great peace of mind knowing I am covered in far flung areas of Laos!Great value using Seniors Card too.

Seems to be great deal. Don't travel till Sept 23. However don't understand why an existing condition makes the premium dearer, when a claim wouldn't processed most likely. Hip replacement without any issues, better than prior, but it added to the price.Having said all that, it seems to be a good policy.

A comprehensive travel insurance policy including cruising at a reasonable price. Online forms easy to complete along with the required payment and an understandable insurance certificate, items covered and their limits.

We have just taken out another policy with InsureandGo (probably our 4th or 5th) because they offer great options at competitive prices.The real test will be if we ever have to make a claim as insurance companies love to take your money off you but don't like giving any back.

Purchasing policy online works fine if you have no questions or exceptions, but if you need to speak to someone live, their phone service is excruciatingly slow. This company had much better service as recently as November 2022; something has happened since then.

Easy to purchase policy on website, have used previously. Made a small claim no issue with payment. Happy to use again, price competitive too
