I’ve been living in Australia since 2017 and I’ve always been helped by AIC since the very first day. In particular Grazia Di Franco was a life saver for me!! Very patient and helpful in every struggle I had. She helped me with my second WHV and my actual student visa. My latest experience with their tax return service was really bad. They make me wait 1 month and tell me they will get me a lot of money, after 1 month of waiting they finally told me that will be able to recover 90% less than what was estimated in first place, I do not recommend the tax return service they offer.

After years of student visa we paid between me and my boyfriend they left us alone in this pandemic period. The last agent that looked after us Virginia left the country without telling us, we had to leave the country for urgent reasons and wanted to cancel the school. After a week I called the college and they weren't informed about anything. Tried to call the agency but no answer, everyone just disappeared, at the end I had to fix everything by myself. People working there are so rude and irresponsible.

I was followed by the counselor named Virginia for 2 student visas and both times I got them in a short time and thanks to her help and professionalism it was easy to understand how to proceed with the necessary documents. I highly recommend this agency.
